Post subject:  Econoline windshield compatibility

I have a question but would like to introduce myself first. My name is Chad and I have an addiction to old cars. I've got a '65 Lincoln, '60 Comet wagon, '51 Ford Sedan, '50 Ford Sedan, and my most recent purchase.......a '65 Econoline van. I plan on visiting this site often.

Now my question. I need a windshield for my '65 Econoline van and was wondering what other years of vans/pickups were the same...if any. Please help. Thanks guys.

The windshields are avaliable from most of the larger glass shops. They run about $275 (Stockton, CA prices) installed. That does not include the seal but the last one I did (about 5 years ago) Carpenters had the seal.

As far as I remember the windshields are interchangeable 61 to 67 econo only. No expert here though.

Mac's has a pretty good catalog with a lot of parts for the Econolines. Here is a link to order one free online.

Jim is correct. Only windshields from a 61-67 Econoline will interchange.
