1966 Falcon Econoline with 240 inch straight 6 engine and C4 automatic transmission.

300 inch Engine is in a 1994 Ford pickup with 80K miles and stick transmission.

The Swap will give the 240 to the pickup. The pickup will keep it's 300 injection and wiring and stick transmission.

AND the good part is that will give the 300 inch engine, now with the 240 intake manifold and carburetor and linkage and the 1966 C4 to the VAN...

Sounds like a good thing for the Van, the pickup doesn't carry much or leave town anyway...

What complications are there to Swapping these engines one vehicle to the other?

I have never done it personally but from what I have been told it should be a simple straight up swap.
You may get some intake and exhaust manifold gaskets and compare before just to make sure they will swap.

Both engines should bolt up to the other's transmission.

By swapping heads you might be raising or lowering the compression ratio. Search for a Ford 6 discussion board, where folks have probably already done this and list part numbers that work.
